David and Georgia who are two divorced parents, and who cannot stand each other, are forced to reunite when they both travel to Bali for their daughter, Lily’s wedding, after she announces she is marrying a local islander who she met on holiday.

Both David and Georgia decide to put aside their differences and decide to work together to try and stop the wedding where they believe they will be able to prevent Lily from making the same mistake they did years ago.
This is one film I was looking forward to watching, and I must admit it was to do with Lucas Bravo featuring as “Paul” known as Georgia’s pilot boyfriend. Although this was the original reason for me to watch it, I was pleasantly surprised with how good the film entertained overall, as-well as the main cast stars George Clooney (David) and Julia Roberts (Georgia).

From the moment the film started I had the impression it would be one about a divorced couple trying to stop their only daughter from getting married and not following her/or rather their dream, of being a Lawyer. It gave a cliché vibe as I have seen similar films like this one before, however, I thoroughly enjoyed it and I did have a few laughs whilst watching, too.
Ticket to Paradise is exactly what you would expect and delivered from the trailers shown. The location was a perfect one for the film, it was beautiful and had me wondering that one day I may be able to visit an island such as Bali, the scenery, the casting, and the directing was great. I was amused and tuned in from start to finish and will recommend to anyone questioning whether to watch it – it is a feel good, fun movie which does not involve a lot of your brain to figure out what is going on, as I feel some films require too much brain power and often leaves more questions than answers, which, this film does not do.
If you are a fan of Julia Roberts, George Clooney, Lucas Bravo, or any other casting members than I recommend giving this a watch. A great, feel-good film leaving viewers satisfied and happy by the end – well it did for me.
I believe this is available on Digital Download now.
