When Jason and Nikki want a baby, and they start trying for one they realise they cannot have one of their own, and look to start the adoption process. With their circle of dysfunctional friends, screwball family, and their busy lives to contend with they find they have many obstacles to go through, including convincing an adoption panel that they are ready to be parents!
From finding this show whilst scrolling through Apple TV+ I started watching S1 and found myself thoroughly enjoying it. It is a British made TV comedy show, set in London, and is very well produced with plenty of dry humour, which I really enjoy!
I am glad I found this show, as there are not very many shows with the humour this show has, left, without it being pulled for being too comedic, for all the politically correct people who seem to not know comedy, or how to laugh anymore. This certainly made me cry with laughter, and if you are one who enjoys dry humour and jokes, this is the one for you – there is plenty of it.
I am also glad this show has been re-commissioned for a season 3, which is available from 2022, as the ending of season 2 was left on a huge cliffhanger.
If you have Apple TV+, give this show a watch, its very good, and a great British comedy!
